Day 4 – Attack

First things first, hopped on the scales this morning and lost another .8kg! So 2.5kg in total after 3 days of attack, how motivating is that? 🙂 It’s so nice to see the numbers getting lower, and thinking back to the last time I weighed that much/or little 🙂 Only 1.5kg to go to achieve my attack goal! How are you going with your weight loss goals?

It was a beautifully sunny day today so I decided to go for a walk before I did anything else … so I wouldn’t forget then leave it too late … then it would be dark and cold (like last night) … and I wouldn’t go for a walk at all 😦

Breakfast: 1 Egg, 3 slices Ham (cooking in a frypan using the ‘spray and wipe’ method)

Snack: 3 sliced cooked Ham

Lunch: ForMe Natural Yoghurt & 1 1/2 tbsp Oat Bran, 3 slices Smoked Salmon & 2 Gherkins

Dinner: Baked Chicken Breast stuffed with Cottage Cheese, Black Pepper & Sage, wrapped in Ham

Snack: Baked Vanilla Custard

Drinks: 6 glasses of Water

Exercise: Walk to the park and played on the playground (with kids of course!)
