I lost another .5kg again this morning! I’m so happy, so that means I’m 93.4, with a total loss of 5.6kg!
I had a pretty lazy day at home and spent most of the day in my pyjamas! I didn’t get hardly as much done as I would have liked, but there’s not much I can do about it now 😛 I enjoyed cooking some new things, the weekend is definitely the time for me to do it. I’m back to night school tomorrow night, to my Advertising and Graphic Design course, so today I cooked up some rissoles that I will take with me for dinner, tomorrow is another PP day.
Breakfast: 3 slices very lean Bacon, 1 Egg, fried using the spray and wipe method
Lunch: 3 slices Ham, 2 Chocolate Muffins with Vanilla ForMe Yoghurt
Dinner: Stuffed Roasted Baby Peppers
Snack: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sundae
Drinks: 1.5L Water
Exercise: nothing 😦
