Ahhh, that’s much better 🙂 The scales dropped back down to 91.9 this morning, so I only gained 0.5kg on holidays….It must have been water (I had a feeling it might).
Breakfast: A delicious omelette…recipe found here. (I didn’t have any veggies/salad though and I used Extra Light Philadelphia instead of quark) Definitely give this recipe a try
Snack: 2 Double D Sugar Free Minties
Dinner: Baked Turkey Meatballs
Snack: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sundae
Drinks: A lot of Water (not sure exactly how much, at least 1.5L), 2 glasses Coke Zero
Exercise: nothing today 😦
