No change on the scales this morning, that was a little disappointing. Well, it’s a Protein day today so hopefully there will be a drop tomorrow.
This morning I decided that some extra sleep was more important than breakfast, not a good choice, because I’m still tired now (at lunch time) and I was very hungry this morning.
Snack: ForMe Vanilla Yoghurt and 1 and a bit tbsp of Oat Bran
Lunch: 2 Eggs, poached in the microwave, with sliced Turkey Breast and Black Pepper…yummo!
Dinner: Baked Turkey Meatballs (the last of the left overs 😦 )
Drinks: 1.5L Water, can of Coke Zero
Exercise: Nothing today. It has been raining today since 7am so I couldn’t even do my yard duty out side at lunch and go for a walk around….do you remember Wet Day Timetables 🙂
