Breakfast: Dukan Chocolate Cereal with Skim Milk (Hopefully posting the recipe soon)
Lunch: Skinny Cappuccino
Dinner: Skin Free Roasted Chicken Breast
Dessert: Deciding whether to have a Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sundae
Drinks: Can Sugar Free V, Coke Zero, Water
Exercise: 2 hour walk around Melbourne!
