Sweeet, back to the lowest weight….88.9, and back to having lost 10kg! It is very true, that if you have a transgression from the Dukan Diet, you will recover…it just sets your final goal weight back a while. So if you do veer from the diet, don’t worry…if you get back on the wagon everything will be ok.
Something very interesting I found out about Oat Bran today…..apparently you need 30g per day – not just 2 tbsp (in Aus, a standard level tbsp gives you approximately 10g of Oat Bran!) So from now on I will be having 3 level tbsp of Oat Bran everyday, and I’m not complaining! Now that I have started making lots of new Oat Bran recipes, it’s hard to decide which Oat Bran to eat 🙂 It is a bit concerning that I (and most likely many others) have not been getting the required amount of Oat Bran in their daily diet.
Breakfast: 2 Vanilla Moist Cake Muffins….my new favourite!
Snack: Nestle ForMe Peach and Mango Yoghurt & Diet Raspberry Jelly
Lunch: Dukan Bread with Cottage Cheese and 2 small slices of Smoked Trout
Snack: 2 Double D Sugar Free Lollies
Dinner: Porterhouse Steak with Dijon Mustard
Dessert: Tam’s Custard Recipe…yum! (probably ate too much!)
Drinks: 2.4L Water, 1 can ang 1 glass Coke Zero
Exercise: 25 minute Walk/Run 🙂
