Dukan Bread Update

So far I have been making my Microwave Dukan Bread with Extra Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese. This is a tolerated food (limited to 30g per day) and I feel I have been having it too frequently…..So this morning when making my bread I swapped it out for Cottage Cheese, and there was a VERY nice result. The bread was fluffier than it has been before, and it had a slightly cheesy flavour (something I have missed!) so if you were using it for a savoury purpose it would be great….Just thought you might like to know šŸ™‚

  1. I tried making some of Abi’s bread recipe today that she got from the Facebook forums – I feel totally full now, and I don’t I miss bread enough to change my normal breakfast from scrambled eggs and porridge.
