Day 56 – Cruise (PV)

Ok so not a true PV day, but snuck some salad in at the end of the day 😛
I stayed the same on the scales this morning…88.3

Breakfast: 2 Vanilla Moist Cake Muffins

Snack: Diet Lime Jelly and Nestle ForMe Yoghurt

Lunch: Dukan Bread with Onion and Chives Cottage Cheese and Lite Ham

Snack: Diet Lime Jelly and Nestle ForMe Yoghurt (I was still really hungry)

Dinner: Seared Chicken Caesar Salad from McDonald’s…It had lettuce, a seared chicken tender, some bacon, some parmesan cheese, and a balsamic & Garlic dressing…it was pretty good. Don’t know about the dressing though, it had some oil.

Drinks: 1.5L Water, 1 can Coke Zero, 1 glass diet coke

Exercise: We went bowling….don’t think this really counts 😛
