Just a quick note today…I lost another 0.8kg overnight, so now I weigh 86.9kg 🙂 Having lost a total of 12.1kg.
Breakfast: Nestle ForMe Peach Mango Yoghurt with 2tbsp Oat Bran
Snack: Smoked Chicken Breast with a homemade Tomato Sauce and 2 tsp of Cream Cheese
Lunch: 2 slices Pumpkin Bread in the sandwich toaster….really good!
Dinner: some sliced Turkey Breast and a Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sundae
Snack: 3 Double D Sugar Free Lollies
Drinks: 1.7L Water, Bottle of Coke Zero
Exercise: 20 minute walk at lunch time 🙂
