Day 68 – Cruise (PV)

Ok…so a much better day today, I didn’t weigh myself though, will do that in the morning.

Breakfast: 1 tub Nestle ForMe Vanilla Yoghurt with 2 tbsp Oat Bran

Snack: 1 tub Nestle ForMe Vanilla Yoghurt

Lunch: Meatball Salad from Subway…probably too much salt, but it was really tasty

Dinner: Cottage Pie Filling with 1/2 Babybel Light

Snack: 3 Double D Sugar Free Lollies

Drinks: 1.2L Water & Coke Zero

Exercise: Nothing today
