Just a quick catch up on what I ate Thursday…
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake … made with no milk, just water, following Tam’s advice. I added in my Oat Bran as well, but the blender made it too small I think. If I make it again I will stir the Oat Bran through at the end.
Lunch: Smoked Salmon Fillet with 3 tbsp Gherkin Cottage Cheese
Dinner: 2 Kangaroo steaks cooked on the George Forman Grill seasoned with Garlic Powder and a little Smoked Sea Salt
Drinks: Water and Coke Zero
