(For Yesterday…) I weighed in at 81.3 yesterday morning…I wonder if this has to do with losing so much fluids at Yoga the day before, but I did however drink a ton of water to make up for it.
Breakfast: Yopolait ForMe Banana and Honey Yoghurt with 2 tbsp Oat Bran
Snack: 2 Double D Sugar Free Lollies
Lunch: 6 slices of Beef Pastrami
Dinner: Spicy Fajita Chicken Bites (thanks Charlotte!) and 3 slices Corned Beef
Drinks: 1.5L Water & Coke Zero
Exercise: 30 minute Walk in the morning and Indoor Rock Climbing in the evening 🙂
