Another loss again today! Down to 80.2….this is unbelievable 🙂

I had very boring food today, and didn’t get an opportunity to walk 😦

Breakfast: Oat Bran Porridge

Snack: ForMe Vanilla Yoghurt & Jarrah Chocolatte Hot Chocolate

Lunch: Smoked Chicken Breast with 1 tbsp Extra Light Philly

Snack: 2 Double D Sugar Free Lollies & 1 piece Beef Jerky

Dinner: None 😦

Drinks: 1.5L Water & Pepsi Max

Exercise: None 😦

  1. OMG WOW YAAAY! You’re SO tantalisingly close. That’s like, a good pee on the loo away from the 70s. I’m 10kgs behind you, almost exactly – I hit 90.3 this morning. Back To Basics – it’s the way of the future! 🙂
