Day 103 – Cruise (PV)


80.2 this morning… back to the lowest I have weighed so far on Dukan 🙂 Maybe tomorrow is the day I break into the 70’s??

A very busy day at work and afterwards today…here’s what I ate:

Breakfast: Oat Bran Porridge with Skim Milk and Sweetener

Early Lunch: Left Over Pork & Tofu Stir Fry, Yoplait ForMe APPLE PIE flavoured Yoghurt!!! (I finally found it, it comes in the 6 pack of ‘desserts’ only!)

Snack: 1/2 tub Onion & Chive Cottage Cheese, Jarrah Choccolatte Hot Chocolate

Dinner: Small Porterhouse Steak served with Green Beans, Asparagus & Brocollini cooked with Garlic, Spring Onions, a dash of Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Chicken Stock Powder and Water (sounds complicated, but it was really just throw whatever I had in the pan 🙂 )

Snack: 4 Double D Sugar Free Lollies

Drinks: 2.25L Water & Can Coke Zero

Exercise: 25 minutes of Yard Duty (which is not exactly a fast paced exercise)

  2. Well done Lauren. Almost in the 70’s!
    The desserts sound so nice – wish we had them here. There is limited Dukan food here and by now after 2 1/2 months I am getting sick of it!!!

  3. Well done Lauren, you’re almost done with the 80’s! That will be my next mini goal. To reach 80kg and then never see it again! 🙂 .. get ready for my button! 🙂 (if the offer is still on the table!) 🙂
