Day 113 – Cruise (PP)

Standard

78.4 on the scales, hoping for a drop tomorrow.

I had 3 tolerated foods today, along with far too much Coke Zero, but at least I survived the weekend without falling off the wagon and destroying myself for the next week!

Breakfast: 2 Breakfast Sausage Patties with 2 Eggs scrambled with Skim Milk and 1/2 slice Kraft ‘Free’ Cheese

Snack: Nestle/Weight Watchers Chocolate Dessert

Lunch: Chicken Kebab Meat (pretty good, all white meat with a little bit of oil)

Dinner: Some slices of Pastrami & Chicken Breast, and 1 Babybel Light

Snack: Nestle/Weight Watchers Chocolate Mousse

Drinks: 2L of Water and lots of Coke Zero

Exercise: Incidental walking around the shops for a couple of hours

I have been trying to start the dukan diet since July with very little motivation, after spending a great Sunday afternoon reading you blog from day one to now you have given me a huge amount of determination to start again and succeed! I have been to the local shops, organized my weeks food and have some dukan friendly burgers cooking. Thanks again x

  2. Why are weekends so much harder???
    I also count it as a blessing when I make it through the weekend without putting on weight.
    Those WW chocolate mousses sound very nice.
