After my first two exams, and sadly 3 non-dukan dinners in a row, I am back up to 78.7 on the scales.
I really need to get organised and my head sorted. I started by coming home and cleaning my kitchen today….the whole empty out the draws and wipe out kinda clean…when I really should have been either writing reports for work/teaching or doing homework for night school (very confusing!)
My husband is right when he says our house will never be as clean as it is in the month leading up to when reports are due (twice a year). I redefine procrastination!
So here’s what I ate today…
Breakfast: Oat Bran Porridge
Snack: Yoplait ForMe fruit Yoghurt, Turkey Breast & Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Pork Mince Bolognese & 1 tbsp Cream Cheese, tiny amount of Green Salad
Snack: 2 Double D Sugar Free Lollies
Dinner: Taco Bills (not saying anything further…:( )
Drinks: Approx 2L Water & some Coke Zero
Exercise: Short walk here and there
I gotta start eating good dinners!!!
