I am 165 cm tall and currently (at 76.6kg) my BMI is 28 – Overweight 😦
Even when I get to my goal (of 71kg) my BMI will be 26 – Still Overweight 😦
I would have to weigh 69 to be at the very top of the ‘Healthy’ Weight range. I don’t know if I hold too much stock in this BMI business….Because I already am starting to feel pretty damn healthy 😛
What are your opinions??
