I am 165 cm tall and currently (at 76.6kg) my BMI is 28 – Overweight šŸ˜¦

Even when I get to my goal (of 71kg) my BMI will be 26 – Still Overweight šŸ˜¦

I would have to weigh 69 to be at the very top of the ‘Healthy’ Weight range. I don’t know if I hold too much stock in this BMI business….Because I already am starting to feel pretty damn healthy šŸ˜›

What are your opinions??

  1. Im the same height as you and got to a ‘healthy’ bmi but still didnt feel at all healthy. I felt better thats for sure but still not great. I think you have to combine the figures with how you feel and take into account where you have come from.
    Im now at a much lower bmi and I feel great however I know that now I need to work on fitness levels as I dont do any regular (other than incidental) exercise.
