So here I am after 20 weeks on the dukan diet, that’s almost half a year…cRaZy!

I haven’t posted my stats for the last 2 weeks, time got away from me, but I’m back here today 🙂

The little peak in the graph is actually what I weighed on Tuesday morning this week, as I didn’t weigh myself last Saturday, so since Tuesday (5 days) I have lost 2.5kg back on Cruise 😀

A little disappointing this morning to get on the scales and see them back up at 82.0kg, especially after I resisted drinking last night with everyone else AND cooked myself a Dukan friendly dinner (while I made everyone a regular dinner…I quite enjoyed peeling the potatoes though 😛 )

Going back up 0.7 is the biggest jump in the wrong direction I’ve had on Dukan (with no obvious reason). Hopefully things sort themselves out soon and I get to my goal! It’s getting closer now, 4 days to lose 1.0kg, hmmmm, I don’t know if I’ll make it 😦

Still, I got up early and went to a group training session this morning and as I type this I’m eating the left over Dukan SPICY Nuggets….there’s no deterring me!

A pretty good week on holidays, except for my break last night. I’m sure if I didn’t deviate last night I would weigh even less today, but still a good loss this week.

I still haven’t quite got as much exercise in as I would have hoped… I will try better next week.

In terms of reaching my next goal, I have 11 days to lose 1.5kg. I really hope I achieve it…even a little bit ahead of schedule would be nice 🙂

This has been the best week for me on the Dukan Diet. Not so much in losing the most weight, but feeling the most motivated and happy. This week I have really noticed a difference in my body, and wherever I go I am getting tons of compliments about how I look. People are asking me questions about the diet and I try to answer them as best as I can, without misleading them, but quite honestly I only have good things to say 🙂

That, and of course the fact that I have passed the halfway point and I feel as though it is downhill from here. My weight loss is picking up again and now that I am on school holidays again (just like I was when I started the diet) I will be able to dedicate all the energy I need to exercise and cooking 😀

Day 71 – Cruise (PP) / Stats (11)

Hi Everyone! I’m so sorry to have dropped off the face of the earth over the past couple of days. After my slip up earlier last week, I have gotten right back into the swing of things for Dukan…except blogging! I have been EXTREMELY busy with work and social commitments…Hens Weekend Away for one!

Today I had a PP day, and was not very hungry for most of the day, but I still ate because I know you should. Here is a run down of what I ate today…

Breakfast: 2 Egg Omelette made with a dash of water (skim milk was past the date…didn’t effect the taste however the consistency was a little thinner, I didn’t mind it) with 1/4 finely chopped Onion and some finely chopped Bacon.

Lunch: Some small slices of Chicken Breast, 1 Hard Boiled Egg, 4 slices Silverside (from deli) all fat removed and 4 tiny Pickled Onions

Dinner: Some Roast Beef…first meal in my brother’s new house 🙂

Snack: Some fancy yoghurt that they kindly bought for me so I wouldn’t miss out on dessert 🙂 So sweet xoxo

Drinks: Not sure how much water & Coke Zero

Exercise: Does dancing between midnight and 3am this morning count?? 😛

Aaargh…no Oat Bran again, and I’m way too full to eat anything more now. Must do better tomorrow!

Because I stayed in the city last night, I didn’t get a chance to weigh myself this morning. Yesterday’s results…Stats (11)…can be seen on the graph below. Isn’t it so pretty, something to inspire anyone who is on or thinking about doing the Dukan Diet. So close to half way…my next mini goal – of which I hoped to achieve in the next 4 days (Sept 16).

A pretty good week overall I think, in terms of trying ot get my exercise in and doing well with my diet. On some days I didn’t get enough eater though…or eat enough (any) Oat Bran, so I definitely won’t let that happen this week.

I jumped on the website Create a Graph to make this graph of my weight loss so far on the Dukan Diet (it’s a kids website, but it produces cool graphs).

The spike in the graph was when I went away to Mt Buller and didn’t follow Dukan at all for a week, it’s good to see the week after I lost all that weight plus a little bit more.
