78.4 on the scales, hoping for a drop tomorrow.
I had 3 tolerated foods today, along with far too much Coke Zero, but at least I survived the weekend without falling off the wagon and destroying myself for the next week!
Breakfast: 2 Breakfast Sausage Patties with 2 Eggs scrambled with Skim Milk and 1/2 slice Kraft ‘Free’ Cheese
Snack: Nestle/Weight Watchers Chocolate Dessert
Lunch: Chicken Kebab Meat (pretty good, all white meat with a little bit of oil)
Dinner: Some slices of Pastrami & Chicken Breast, and 1 Babybel Light
Snack: Nestle/Weight Watchers Chocolate Mousse
Drinks: 2L of Water and lots of Coke Zero
Exercise: Incidental walking around the shops for a couple of hours
