This morning I jumped on the scales and lo and behold I lost 1.2kgs! After one day of Attack that is really exciting, I can’t wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning 🙂 I know that it is just water weight but it’s still nice to see results.
I have felt pretty good after eating only protein for 2 days. Although last night I was up pretty late watching a movie and I started to feel a bit strange. My mouth kept filling up with saliva, excessively, like I might be sick…but I didn’t feel sick and wasn’t. I had a mint and felt a lot better with some sleep. On sleep the topic of sleep, I slept in a lot today. I don’t know if it’s related to the diet or just because it was Sunday morning 🙂
Breakfast: 2 Egg Omelette with 2 small slices Ham and small amount of Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Slice smoked Salmon, Ham, Chicken Breast, 2 spoons Cottage Cheese, 2 Gherkins
Snack: 40g Sliced Chicken Breast
Dinner: Homemade Chicken Nuggets with Natural Yogurt/Mustard Dipping Sauce
Drinks: 6 Glasses of Water, 1 Glass Coke Zero
Exercise: Nothing 😦 Definitely won’t forget to go for a walk tomorrow
