Still the same on the scales this morning, that’s fine, especially after a PV day and I didn’t get any exercise in 😛
Thank goodness I was not as hungry today as I was yesterday. That was ridiculous! Back to the oh-so-filling protein.
At lunch time the kids had a sausage sizzle at school, and I ate 1 sausage. The ladies said to have a ‘slightly more cooked’ (read: overdone) sausage as it would have less fat. Hmmm, when I finished it there was an oily residue on my hands, yukko! Lo and behold, 3 hours later I had small stomach cramps and had to go to the toilet. Oil + Lauren = Unhappy Partnership. It’s nice to know my body can now clearly tell me what it does not want. Note to stomach: I will not eat another regular sausage again, thank you!
Fun time for me…Goal Setting! My next mini goal will be to weigh 81kg by October 6th….4 weeks to lose 4 kilos. I chose this number, because when I have achieved it I will only have 10kg to lose until my goal weight. Things are going so well at the moment, they feel a bit surreal….I’m enjoying the ride 🙂
Breakfast: 1/2 Tub Fancy Passionfruit Yoghurt (a touch high in fats/carbs etc. but I had to finish it)
Snack: Tub Nestle ForMe Berry Yoghurt with 2 tbsp Oat Bran
Lunch: 1 sausage, 4 Lemon and Thyme Chicken lovely legs
Dinner: Some roast chicken from the supermarket
Snack: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sundae
Drinks: 2L Water & Can of Coke Zero
Exercise: Lightish 45 minute PT session with Kel 🙂
